We’re using this Staff Chat to say thank you. Thank you to our clients who place so much trust in our team that they refer us to their family and friends. In the last three years, 534 new clients have come to us based on your recommendations.
Thanks to those who, seeing a posting on Facebook where someone asks “where’s a great veterinary clinic” respond with Berwick Animal Clinic being the place to go.
Reviews on Google, Facebook, and other sites are also helping to bring new clients to us. Your kind words about our team, and how we care for not only your pet, but for you also, are very powerful. 465 new clients have come to see us in the last three years through Facebook and Google My Business – your comments and reviews do make an impact!
Referring your family and friends doesn’t just benefit them – it benefits you as well. At the beginning of every month, our practice manager goes through our new client list from the previous month. If a new client has come to us for an appointment, and has listed your name as to who they were referred by, a $25 credit is placed on your account. That credit is good for any services or goods we provide, and it doesn’t go away until you use it. This is true for each new client you refer – it’s a way for us to show our gratitude, in addition to saying thank you.
In closing, allow us once again to say “thank you”. We appreciate that you know you can recommend us with confidence, knowing that our new clients can expect the same level of expertise, caring, and trust that you’ve come to expect from us.
We offer both preventative care services (much like your visits to the dentist), along with dental x-rays and tooth extractions. Good oral hygiene is the best thing that you can do to ensure a longer life, with less health concerns, for your pet. Call us to schedule a dental exam or service.
xLaboratory services are a vital part of the diagnostic process when it comes to veterinarian care. This is because in many cases it is not possible to be able to give a firm diagnosis without undertaking additional tests to confirm the root of the problem. If you have any questions or concerns your vet will be happy to speak to you.
xThis is the most effective way to assist in having your companion returned if they go missing. The microchip (about the size of a grain of rice) is placed under the skin between the shoulder blades. When scanned, it provides information that assists in reuniting you with your furry friend!
xCongratulations on the newest member of your household - we can’t wait to meet them! Call us today to schedule an initial visit – our team will conduct a thorough physical exam, in addition to discussing nutrition, training, and medical care. We’ll be more than happy to answer any other questions you may have, as well
