"I generally am not one to coddle my dogs. That being said, after recently bringing Luna in for her yearly checkup I was blown away. The vet sat with her for 30 minutes just to get her to feel comfortable before giving her the required shots. We were considering medication for anxiety, and she emailed us a list of alternative anxiety approaches that was custom tailored to our dog. They also called to tell us that the blood work was completely normal. I normally don't write reviews, but the customer service and attention to detail here was over the top. I just wish that they saw humans too so that I could get as great of healthcare as my dog :)."

"Dr. Reed is amazing! I've seen two other vets with Kash and they were always stressful and traumatic experiences as he gets aggressive at the vet. Dr. Reed prescribed sedatives, we came back for his shots and blood draw, and he did great. The sedatives helped, but the staff are what did the trick (and a lot of easy cheese!). The staff here is great abpit answering and returning calls. Wonderful communication between staff and between the docs and owners. We get return calls quickly and they are always so genuine and kind. I used to get anxiety leaving my beloved animals with other people but I know at Berwick they will be in great hands with people who also actually care about their health.
They were able to successfully perform a hysterectomy on my 13 year old chihuahua when she had a bad infection and seizures...given her age and my work experience in hospice I did not see much hope of a good outcome but she recently turned 14 and has more energy then ever. (Spay now...don't wait! We learned the hard way!)
More recently they did vacinations and a neuter on our new kitten! He is completely healed and had no issues. Great after care instructions and unbeatable prices.

"They are wonderful. I was so nervous getting my little boy neutered. I actually made him an appointment elsewhere initially that was about $150 cheaper. We just had a bad gut feeling about it and I was reading their reviews the night before and they scared me out of doing it. I decided to call Berwick and set up an initial check up exam on Thursday. They got him in on the following Monday and he had his surgery. They called the day before for a reminder. They called post surgery to tell us how it all went and they called the following day to check on him. His incision site looks wonderful. They used some sort of laser treatment that did wonders for healing. My boy took a mile long walk the next day like nothing ever happened. We will never go anywhere else. We love our dogs like we do our children and nothing but the best for him."

"I brought my dog and cat to this clinic for a little over a year while I lived in Columbus. I was so happy with the care they received there from the vets, techs, and other staff. For my dog's last appointment with them I was finally able to go inside (due to COVID restrictions), and seeing my highly anxious dog be so excited to see her vet like she was an old friend made it really clear how well she'd been treated during all the visits when I waited curbside. My senior cat I adopted also has some underlying conditions, and Dr. Huter was incredibly understanding and communicative when I expressed some last minut concerns about a dental procedure for him. It turned out the concerns were warranted and he had feline asthma, which we now have well-controlled along with some fresh clean teeth. If you're looking for a vet, I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Berwick. We're very sad to be moving away!"

"Best Vets. Best system. Best treatment and highest level of care for your pets. We have 8 cats, and have had our fair share of issues come up from respiratory intections to digestion issues and even my cat eating some unidentifiable something. This office handled each situation promptly and professionally. They don't encourage or push meds unless they are truly warranted, and they talk you through the symptoms and possible treatment routes and are extremely informative and understanding. I have even had times when the best option was to wait and see - and our doc called to check in over the weekend to make sure everything was ok. They are efficient with appointments - since covid you wait in the car and they will get you checked in and have the symptoms written down before they come get your pet so they are in there for as little time as needed. They call you back and discuss findings and possible treatment and even check you out over the phone. It's an extremely smooth process start to finish. Everyone cares about your pet there. There is a real feeling of "family vet" here and I will be sad to change vets here in a couple of months after we move out of the city."

"We have been at Berwick Animal Clinic since 2015 when we got our indoor/outdoor cat and we are SO happy with the staff and service here! We bring her in for regular checkups and nail trims (she can be a bit difficult, but the staff great!). We also had an emergency incident with her last summer and had to rush her to the clinic...they stabilized her quickly and kept us informed and guided us through the whole process for her recovery. We were appreciative that the vet was honest about her condition, the cost, and what they thought was appropriate or not for her care. We ended up having her transferred to a 24/7 vet for overnight observation and they called the other office and updated them on her condition and sent over all her paperwork! This was especially helpful since we were overwhelmed with the whole situation. We added a puppy in 2020 and are so happy that we have a vet that we love and most importantly trust 110% to provide the best care for our furry family members!"

"I am EXTREMELY impressed with this practice! I am a first time client. I had to bring in a very sick senior dog for an emergency issue. Everyone was absolutely wonderful from the first person I spoke with on the phone to all of the staff I interacted with including the doctor. They all listened, they explained things clearly and they were so very kind to my dog who is known to be "squeamish". They couldn't have been better! I am grateful for all that they've done. I literally see improvement in my animal's condition in less than six hours after visiting their facility. Amazing!"

"I have taken my adopted cat Biggie to the vet twice now since I got him less than a year ago, and the staff has been great. I have been able to schedule appointments quickly after calling without being made to wait for weeks. The first appointment was an annual checkup and the second was regarding an issue I had with Biggie's digestion. Both times I met with Dr. Luke - once pre-COVID in the appointment rooms and once during COVID via phone call. Both times he has been wonderful. Not only did he answer all of my questions, but he completely listened to my questions before answering and was so thorough in his response. He never once made me feel bad for asking a question that I thought might be silly. Love these people and love how much they care for my cat! Thank you guys!"

They are so personable with your pets, they really take the time and care to go over everything in as much detail as you want and offer you multiple plans of treatment when possible. I have been to a few vets and never have I felt so welcomed and important. There is no judgment or assumptions and no one telling you how to parent your pets. They are also conscious of your budget and try to work with you to get the best treatment plan that fits your needs. We have seven cats and I wouldn't trust anyone else with their care.
